NJ Floor Supply Introduce
Home renovation projects in New Jersey, particularly those involving high-impact areas like kitchens and bathrooms, require a specialized vendor that can provide quality materials alongside expert service. NJ Floor Supply, situated in the accessible Cinnaminson area of South Jersey, has established itself as a key supplier for more than just flooring. While their name suggests a focus on floors, the business offers an expanded scope of products and services, acting as a multifaceted home improvement center for cabinets, countertops, and complete remodeling solutions.
Operating from a strategic location on US-130, NJ Floor Supply serves as a crucial resource for both residential homeowners and trade professionals undertaking remodeling projects throughout Burlington, Camden, and Mercer Counties. Their business types are extensive, including a Flooring store, Cabinet store, Countertop store, Tile store, Lumber store, and, crucially, a Kitchen remodeler. This combination of specializations positions them as a true one-stop-shop. Instead of coordinating five different vendors for wood flooring, tile, cabinets, countertops, and installation, local New Jersey customers can streamline their project by working with a single supplier for materials and installation services.
The store aims to simplify the often-complex remodeling process by offering in-house design assistance and professional installation services for their full range of products, allowing customers to move their project forward with greater efficiency. Whether a customer is seeking high-quality hardwood flooring, custom cabinetry for a modern kitchen, or durable natural stone countertops for a bathroom vanity, NJ Floor Supply is equipped to handle the material sourcing and execution. They accept major credit and debit cards, further demonstrating a commitment to customer convenience and ease of transaction.
NJ Floor Supply is ideally situated for easy access by residents across Central and South New Jersey. Their showroom and supply center is located on a major thoroughfare, which is essential for a business that facilitates large-scale material purchases and manages significant installation logistics.
The address for the Cinnaminson location is: 403 US-130, Cinnaminson, NJ 08077, USA.
The placement directly on US-130 (Burlington Pike) ensures high visibility and ease of travel for customers driving from nearby communities such as Moorestown, Delran, and Palmyra. This highway access is especially important for customers who choose the in-store pickup option for bulky items like lumber, flooring bundles, or cabinets.
Recognizing the importance of serving all members of the New Jersey community, the facility features essential accessibility accommodations, including a wheelchair-accessible entrance and a designated wheelchair-accessible parking lot. This thoughtful provision ensures that every customer can comfortably visit the showroom to explore the extensive selection of home renovation materials they offer. For specific consultation or service inquiries, customers are encouraged to use the provided phone numbers to connect with staff before visiting.

By being a designated flooring, cabinet, and countertop store, they greatly simplify the sourcing and design process for major home areas like the kitchen and bath, saving New Jersey clients the time and effort of dealing with multiple specialized vendors.
- Dual-Purpose Showroom: Their physical location serves as both a showroom for customers to view and select materials, and a practical lumber and supply depot for contractors, maximizing its utility for the local trade community. This allows for seeing material quality firsthand before committing to a purchase.
- Integration of Materials and Service: Offering a service guarantee and full installation packages is a major benefit. Customers are not left to find their own installers for materials they purchase, which creates a more streamlined process and a single entity responsible for the final outcome.

For any New Jersey resident embarking on a kitchen or bathroom remodel, NJ Floor Supply is worth considering primarily for its streamlined, one-source approach to project execution. The ability to select all major materials—flooring, cabinetry, and countertops—from one location simplifies the initial, often overwhelming, design phase. This unified approach also minimizes the headaches of logistical coordination. Having a single vendor manage the material supply and installation scheduling for multiple major components significantly reduces the risk of costly project delays caused by miscommunication between separate suppliers and contractors.
Furthermore, the specialized offerings, such as wood floor refinishing and a variety of countertop options, mean that customers can complete both surface-level updates and full gut renovations through the same vendor. For South Jersey customers who value convenience and efficiency, the integration of a flooring store, cabinet store, and kitchen remodeler at one location makes the process of transforming a space far more manageable. While local users should always conduct thorough due diligence and review all past customer feedback to ensure the quality of workmanship meets their standards, the foundational structure of NJ Floor Supply as a multi-specialty hub offers clear time-saving and organizational benefits for complex home projects. It is a local resource designed to provide the key materials and installation services needed to realize a complete home vision, right off a major New Jersey artery.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 11 star is being generous. Do not go near this place. I recently had our bathroom gutted and redone by a good local contractor. The cabinet maker for the vanity would not make a single piece granite top for the vanity as the job was too small, so I went to NJ Floor Supply as they had done work for me before that seemed to work out well. Unfortunately they not only did a very poor job, they also did a lot of damage to the brand new walls that the contractor installed. The cuts on the granite were poor, the holes for the faucets were 3/4" off center, they got big globs of silicone caulk all over the walls (which they left there), the sealing of the sink to the top was worse than a clueless amateur would have done, and the holes & scrapes they put in the walls were ridiculous. When I complained they sent the same guy back who did the damage and it was obvious he had no idea what he was doing. When I told him to remove the silicone all over the walls he told me "just paint over it"! They then sent a couple of kids over who spent about 15 minutes slopping on thick coats of spackel and left without saying a word. It gets worse. After many calls and weeks waiting for them to finish the repairs, I spent a weekend repairing the damage to the walls myself and repainting them. I couldn't do much about the holes drilled off center and I demanded a partial refund. The owner would not return my calls and ignored my bill for a refund of the services NJ Floor Supply failed to provide. I was so angry I took them to Small Claims Court. When I showed the Judge the photos of the damage and provided the transcripts of the text messages, it did not take long for her to rule in my favor. The owner hustled quickly out of the courtroom without paying the amount the judge ruled she owes me, and she continues to refuse to pay even though she has been ordered by the court to do so! This not only makes her a poor business person, it shows that she has no integrity. If you let these people in your home, you will likely regret it. They are not skilled and not to be trusted.
February 01 · Mark EckhardtI went in because I wanted to support a local business for my remodel. The designer and owner Thao was extremely accommodating. She helped me through the entire thing and the project was finished when she said it would be. And wow... its turned out beautifully. I especially love my new countertops. I'm definitely recommending this place to a friend I have thats looking for remodel soon.
November 20 · Jermaine SwansonThis company now goes by amazing supply which must be a cover up for New Jersey floor supply. They took thousands on top of thousands and left me with a rehab of a house with nothing treated me like trash when I paid for my items with my debit card checks and cash for the labor. It’s so unreal how they left my house no respect at all didn’t even care that I was left with no heat or master bathroom after I paid for it. I’ve done a year worth of research getting my t’s crossed and i’s dotted but here’s the kicker it’s assumed and with other cases they don’t pay the judgements will be attempting to sue for my damages losses and mental and physical pain n stuffing soon…
April 14 · Courtney AlexandriaStay far away from these crooks... we ordered $8000 in cabinets and after 3 weeks of waiting half of them were damaged. Had to replace them which added another 2 weeks to kitchen remodel. Also we ordered granite for $4100 which was about $1500 over priced since they charge $83 Sq. Ft. On the day of templating and measuring their driver called and said that his truck broke down and he couldn't make it, we asked him when he can come back and he said the following week because he was going out of town. NJ Floor never tried to reschedule the appointment to do the measuring. We tried to contact Alba and Thao Le through emails and phone calls for over a week with no success. After a week of not hearing from them we then called and cancelled the order. They then finally returned our phone call and said that since we cancelled the order that they were keeping a large portion of our deposit towards the Granite which we already paid 75% of. It has been over 3 months and they have yet to refund a single dime of what was paid towards Granite. We filed a complaint with NJ Consumer Affairs and now the court system will settle this one for us. Thao Le is so unprofessional and their customer service is even worse. Good luck trying to reason with her, she just gets extremely angry, yells and talks over you and doesn't let you get a word in edge wise. I wouldn't be surprised to see them closed down within the next few months due to poor customer service and unhappy customers. They sell overpriced, cheap, junk cabinets (look at your cabinet boxes it says Made in China) and the Granite, you can get that anywhere for half the price. If you had a good experience with these clowns then you fall within the 1% of satisfied customers! You can always check with the local police dept., I am sure they know all about NJ Floor Supply in Cinnaminson. If you have any questions feel free to reach out to me. I strongly recommend to save your money and sanity and go elsewhere! Update... We took them to small claims court and WON full Judgement and then levied their bank accounts!! Case closed
November 03 · Dm GrelloI had a complete kitchen redone including the purchase and installation of cabinets, counter tops and back splash tile. While the work was done in a timely and satisfactory manner, a year went by and the hardware on the cabinets started to come apart. We placed a call regarding the problems we were starting to experience with the cabinets and their installation of the appliances. A technician came out and while fixing some of the cabinets, needed to talk to the owner about the problems with the lazy Susan and reversing a cabinet. We made several calls, texts and a visit but was unable to get a call back. Now a few years later, many of the cabinets have warped drawers, our trash and recycle cabinet has fallen apart, and the lazy Susan is still broken. It is unfortunate that we were not given the courtesy of a return call and are now faced with fixing these problems through other means.
