★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Most of the staff was helpful, one was a tad rude while I searched for a coupon. It was a self checkout, not busy. Was 8pm at night. Trying to meet prices of Lowes, only because I was right there. I was told to "hurry up", and we'll, I left the wood screws right there, and left. I had already made one purchase, the second item was not carried. Silly me for trying to get a bag of 12 screws. They were very unfamiliar with the NY purchase EBT deal. So if you use the FAB FRESH program, be prepared to explain with proof. (The program allows EBT/SNAP users to purchase NY grown plants, snipps, and seeds on your EBT card at ANY market, farm stand, large farmers market, etc on your EBT card and get a coupon for every dollar spent to entice good nutrition, teach self sufficiency in having fresh food for the future generations 😀) Indoor and outdoor, so small flats/efficiency/even small rooms can be bright with homegrown goodness.
September 24 · Kae Travelling Druid Quantum AnomalyI really like the service of this company. Their staffs were very helpful. I was able to get what I need in a short period of time because of their staffs help. They assisted me well. Explained every queries I ask. They are all friendly. I will surely come back again to purchase more. Thank you so much Home Depot! I highly appreciate your quick and kind response.
July 22 · Daniel EvanstonAwesome experience. The ladies helped me out with finding a battery that I definitely wouldn’t have found on my own. Even with the in app store map. Also checkout was very enjoyable. I did not have to ring myself up and I got to use cash which feels like a rare commodity these days. The morning staff on Bridge Street are fantastic.
October 11 · Deborah GreenI always have a problem at this HD when I go there but I need to give a shot out to Donna up front. She is the tall woman with long gray hair. She saved my sanity dealing with credit cards with a place I just started working for. She was patient with great humor with the four times I had to go back because of not having been explained DeWalt battery issues. This 5 star is for you Donna one star for the people that did bother to exsplaine the battery confusion.
September 12 · Wes DuerrJoette Loomis in the appliaces section is the best appliance salesperson you will ever meet! She know exactly where to look up any info that you need on the product you are ordering to say nothing of the fact she already is so knowledgeable on so many products. She is a perfect example of why we come to Home Depot! Nothing against anyone else but all sales people should be as thorough/friendly/knowledgeable as Joette. This is the third appliance I have bought from her and as usual if was a pleasure!!
