★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This is in regards to delivery from appliances that we purchased at Home Depot, not the store itself (which we like)! I’m not one to air out dirty laundry online but the incompetence we just experienced with a refrigerator delivery in Erie PA is next level. I filed a claim with Home Depot and I’m really hoping they pay for the repairs to our floors that just got refinished last week and the hall/doorframes that were significantly jacked up. The delivery guys told me that Home Depot won’t cover it and they’d come fix the damage. Which I guess was nice of them, but would you trust them to fix things after this?! I’m beyond words!
February 25 · Casey PérezWonderful store with huge inventory and selection with competitive prices! Super great customer service too! Like anywhere you need to do your homework but seldom can you find better prices and never better service!
March 20 · Bill WolfeBrandon in Appliances was extremely helpful. I called asking about a part for our Samsung washer which is older. He took the time to call competitive stores in the area and checked Amazon for us. I asked about specific brands if we had to buy a new one and he led me in the right direction. Had he not been so helpful on the phone trying to find us a really cheap part that probably would not have worked anyways (father-in-law knows best lol) we would not have even thought of buying an appliance from HD. It was his helpfulness and research that had us go in and find a washer with minimal hassle a half hour before the store closed. He had no idea we were even planning on buying anything (then again, neither did we) when I called and still had excellent customer service. Thank you, Brandon! You made life a lot less of a hassle when it's been all chaos lately. I hope management appreciates you.
August 10 · Elizabeth BittnerNewly a Home Depot customer and my experience has been nothing but awful. We just purchased our first home and are doing some renovations. We came to the store to look at drywall and order it. Nobody in the drywall area to start I asked for assistance in the drywall area and was told someone would be with us shortly. Nobody showed up so I went a found another person working the floor they say I needed to go to the customer service center. So we walked to the customer service center the young girl there was extremely rude and she asked us for the skus for all the things that we were ordering. I decided to open a credit card which I did online I also got a coupon with opening a CC. The young girl took our phone because we had everything that we needed in our car punched it into her computer and then asked how we were paying and I said store CC I then remembered my coupon and she had to cancel the payment process to add the coupon to my order which was almost $700. She then turned to another worker and began to talk about us as we were still standing in front of her. Now today we had our order of drywall delivered we made space within our garage to fit the drywall but we didn’t know that it was come laying down not standing so the driver said it was not going to fit inside the garage. I then said I could move the boxes and he said he didn’t have time. It’s a wet cold rainy day today so my $600 dollar worth of drywall is sitting outside and I can’t close my garage door due to it sitting in the way of the sensors. Very disappointed in our experience and we will not be returning for anything else that we need for our house.
April 21 · Kassy OrrNobody offers to help you in flooring. Then someone loaded the same exact color/name/shade of vinyl plank flooring all together, except they were 2 different warranties.. yes 6year and 10 years warranty, luckily I checked close as loading in truck. Double check your flooring boxes don't assume they are all in the right place. That would be to easy.. not going back
