September 18 · Kim MillerOrdered furniture 3 twin trundle beds to be exact. The crew showed up over an hour late to deliver from my 1 pm to 4 pm delivery time. At the point my person over 18 couldn't be here as they sat at my home from 12pm to 4:30pm waiting with not even a heads up throughout the day that they were running behind. Finally I got a call at 5pm saying they would be at my home in 5 minutes?!? I told them they would have to wait until I got out of work at 5 and home. Now I paid for this white glove service and it was anything but. At 8O'clock my daughter had softball lessons and these men were still at my home. Missing pieces and upon looking over the one bed it was put together completely wrong so it can't be slept in. Of course it's my girls who share a room and need that bed. Then as the men arrived I let them know all rooms were freshly painted I was assured they would not damage anything again upon looking over the bed out together wrong the whole wall is scratched up and missing paint. GREAT! As a mother of 7 who works full time I don't have time for this. I then wasted hours of my night and following day on the phone for the next 2 days speaking to people all over the world getting the run around. I finally had my mom go into the store and speak to the manager. I am waiting on the refund for the white glove service I clearly didn't receive l. But never any compensation for the inconvenience that I may say I am still dealing with. I am now waiting another week for another bed to be delivered and my girls are sleeping with me. This is not ok I will never do business with Bobs EVER again to tell me my compensation is getting my money back when that is just the right thing to do when I didn't get the service I paid for this is not compensating me AT ALL!
May 11 · Ashley BWhen we arrived at Bob's we already knew what we wanted from the website.Joseph introduced himself to us and immediately took us to the exact piece we wanted.He never tried to sell us more furniture or upgrade our choice.He explained all our options and helped us with every step of the financing process.We left as proud owners of a brand new recliner couch.I should mention that my brother gave us a ride to the store and by the time we left, he had plans to come back and get himself a nice new lounge chair.The selection is absurdly huge and the prices are right on. Coupled with their financing options and customer service, Bob's definitely stands head and shoulders above the rest.

The salesman I worked with, Paul, was knowledgeable enthusiastic and respectful. I was able to make a selection, get the goof-proof protection plan (four kids and a new couch means I can definitely use it) and have white glove delivery set up, all within my budget. I definitely recommend going to Bob's for furniture that's lovely and affordable.
