My fiancée and I had an amazing experience with Lady Baltimore Floors!I was lucky enough to experience all parts of the process.Working with their admin at their showroom - extremely friendly and very transparent and communicative about the payment process as well as letting me know beforehand when they were going to charge my card👍🏻Doing stain tests with the sanding crew- the boys were very nice and also very helpful. My fiancée and I had personally picked out which stain we wanted beforehand… well as we figured, once we got to the stain test, that changed immediately but the boys helped us and guided us to choose the right colour for our new home.The stain and finish crew- these boys did a fantastic job and did not waste any time at all. They were excited and enthusiastic to show us their work and how well they had done which was most definitely true.I appreciate everything Lady Baltimore did for us and will most certainly be using them again!(The floors in the after pictures were untouched for minimum 2 weeks and unfurnished for 4 weeks)

Highly recommend Lady Baltimore Floors!! We had site finished hardwoods installed in our entire house in the summer/fall of 2020. Our floors are absolutely gorgeous.We had the work done in two sessions so furniture could be moved from one side of home to the other and back. Everyone at Lady B was a delight to work with!Due to size of the project and dealing with real wood we did have some slight mishaps that were taken care of immediately. At all times they wanted me to be happy and satisfied. We were thrilled with the outcome. It was so worth the time and effort to get site finished floors. They look so rich and warm.Ty Trey for recommending Provincial stain color! Matt was incredible to work with throughout this large project. He completely gets customer satisfaction.This year we had our toilet tank leak in our 1/2 bath, ugh!!! I called Lady B and they sent Trey out to take a look at the warped floor. Told me what to do and luckily we will not need to repair. While at our home Trey “repaired” a deep scratch in my floor. It is no longer visible. Almost 3 years later and Lady Baltimore is still ensuring we are happy. Can’t get any better than that!

I recently had Lady Baltimore install new hardwood flooring on the second floor of my Baltimore rowhouse and I am very pleased with how things turned out. My home is almost 150 years old and there is not a square wall in the entire place making for a challenging floor installation. Matt did exceptional work making the floor look like it has always been there while also minimizing the disruption to my own work day.It's so refreshing to work with a local company that still values workmanship and customer service! We had our floors refinished by Lady Baltimore and had an issue after all said and done. These guys are the real deal - Matt and the owner came out, evaluated, and decided it was best to start from scratch. This was a week long project that they wanted to make right. All I can say is hiccups happen and this company owned it and made it right by honoring their work/warranty with zero fuss. Months later, the floors look great without issue. Lady Baltimore has our business when we need them in the future and we will certainly share their name when others are in the market. Good work guys!
