★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Walking into Home Depot is like stepping into a wonderland of possibilities—especially when it comes to selection. Whether you're building a deck, a birdhouse, or just want to look like you know what you're doing, their aisles are stacked with stuff in every shape and size. Need a piece of oak that says, “I’m sophisticated” or plywood that screams “budget-friendly but functional”? You’ll find it here. And let’s talk about gloves. You’re not truly ready to take on a project until you slide on a pair of those trusty work gloves. Whether you need heavy-duty, waterproof, or just something to protect your delicate fingers from splinters and overconfidence, Home Depot has options to keep your hands safe and your dignity intact. The real star of the show? The employees. They don’t just point you toward an aisle—they walk you there, probably with a smile and a few pro tips that save you from making a rookie mistake. The service here is so good, sometimes it feels like you accidentally hired a personal construction consultant.Bottom line: If you want lumber that won’t let you down, gloves that make you feel invincible, and service that makes even the most clueless DIYer feel competent, Home Depot’s got you covered.
May 21 · Roger Allen BurnsI have never seen more dog crap in one store aisle in my life, than I’d seen today. The employees seemed absolutely unbothered by it. I understand accidents happen but to let it sit there?I entered the store at 6:30PM. I left at 6:57PM and it was STILL there, employees looking at it and walking away waving their hands in the air saying it wasn’t their job to polish the store. Very disgusting. Great job on the wet floor sign, by the way.
August 07 · MerchaantWhen we went to the Claremont Home Depot on a Sunday night, the two guys in the plumbing section were very helpful and offered some good advice. I also left my purse by accident when checking out and drove home. The staff up front subsequently found it, called to let me know and waited for us to turn around to retrieve it. Great group of folks!
May 19 · TM GarrettThis store has very poor customer service. The number of employees who have a “not my job” attitude (even when what they are being asked IS their job, such as assisting with locating items) is maddening. The final straw today was the young woman in the garden center who refused to help me find a flatbed for my soil. There was no one around, she was doing nothing, and she refused to help me anyway. If I have any other option I will spend my money elsewhere every time.
May 31 · Brian and Karen MooreTypical Home Depot, but the staff is friendly, and helpful. I do buy a lot of things there. Home Depot is great for picking up on site, but their appliance delivery is horrible.
