★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This was a pleasant experience. The staff here were very friendly and professional. Everything I was looking for was easy to find. There is plenty of parking right outside in their own lot. I am looking forward to going back again soon!
September 01 · Adam WuotiWorked with Michael to buy a new clothes dryer because ours suddenly died. Michael was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable and professional. Focused totally on helping us find the right replacement. We bought a new dryer within minutes, thanks to his help. If you need carpeting or appliances--ask for or find Michael! He has been helping us with all our home improvement needs for years!!!!!
October 02 · Ann GriecoI picked out several 6’ Green Giant Arborvitaes this afternoon. These trees were too heavy for me to even pick up and put on the cart. I am in my early 70’s and have had several joint replacements.I asked for assistance at the register in the garden department. Very shortly after, this tall young man with a great smile was there offering his help. His name is Tall Josh and I can’t say enough positive things about him. He was extremely pleasant and more than happy to help me get the trees to the register. Then Tall Josh carefully loaded the trees in my Outback. He had to lay them on their sides. He was very careful not to break any branches. All the while he was helping me, Josh was friendly and we had a pleasant conversation. It was one of the best experiences I have had shopping anywhere in a while.Tall Josh is definitely an asset to the Home Depot in Greenfield!
May 19 · Donna KlaiberThe employees were very helpful and kind with helping me find what I needed. The only thing I did care for was that my shopping was on one end of the store and I had to go to the other end to check out. This was my first time at the store so if I go back will plain differently. Over all great store and yes I would go back.
May 30 · Wayne HathawayI was greeted at the door by an elderly employee who answered my questions and directed me to the right place. The 2nd employee I encountered, Aiden, offered exceptional assistance. It was a truly positive experience for start to finish.
