★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We were really disappointed with trips to flooring stores in the outerboros, and after some searching we found this store. We had an excellent experience with the shopkeeper (forgot his name, maybe David?). He was very helpful and not pushy! He worked with our contractor to get everything we needed (engineered wood floors and soundproofing mat per the coops requirements) and had our order delivered in less than 7 business days. Our new floors are absolutely STUNNING. Hopefully we can get a carpet from them in the future too. Highly recommended.
May 19 · KL RBest possible experience!!! I absolutely love my new kitchen vinyl floor. David was incredibly helpful, installation top notch. Reasonable too. Will definitely use these folks again.
January 07 · miriam murrayI had a fantastic experience with Manhattan Carpet and would highly recommend them. JR and David in the store were extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping me pick out product, having samples sent for consideration, and scheduling the installation. They were extremely responsive with any questions. Their installers were top notch and did a fantastic job. We had wall to wall carpeting installed in a master bedroom, as well as a large area rug for our living room and runner made. I also thought the price was very fair for what we were looking for.
July 29 · Jennifer DavisManhattan Carpet did a great job installing wall to wall carpeting in our apartment. They took time to make the seams as unnoticeable as possible, and came back without charge to completely fix an issue in a room with a thinner carpet where the tacks could be felt. They use a very comfortable 8lb pad as standard. They were great to work with and I'd certainly use them again.
February 19 · Haik SahakianMy family and I visited the store mid December to purchase carpet for the kiddies room. The sales associates couldn't have been more helpful. They took us around the store advising on suitable carpets for a kids room that would be prone to the occasional spill. The install team works for the store directly and is not soused out as so many services are these days. The arrived on time, cleaned as they went and left the room clean and tidy. With the little left over carpet - the store tuned these into floor mats and no extra charge. Unfortunately our apartment building does not allow for floor mats outside of our front doors. Not a problem for the store as they turned these into smaller mats that we use next to the kitchen sink.Over all - brilliant service and well worth a trip here if you are purchasing carpet and tile.
