Have I ever been so ambushed with a gazillion questions on a return I don’t know if she was trying to put on a show for the poor girl Larissa that’s clearly new and just trying to do her job or what was up with that but I bought an item that ripped a hole right away in my sweater. It was a five dollar item it wasn’t even like I was asking to return something crazy and they had to reach out to management and told me that they don’t return you things but they’re gonna make an exception I said since when I have never had a return issue ever which it did make me remember one thing just shop at Walmart people you’ll get the same stuff but better at least then if it doesn’t work or ripped your item, you can return it without a hassle
October 13 · Kristy Gervasi1st time ordering online. I only ordered one thing so can't really screw that up but I didn't have to wait long. I was helped in pulling up necessary info I needed since I'm not to great with phone. The person that waited on me was also nice and had a positive can do attitude. Great 1st experience with online ordering.
October 05 · Kassandra MartinThis store was absolutely trashed, aisles blocked by pallets of freight, carts of garbage and empty boxes. How this is not a fire code violation I don't understand. Most aisles were impassable.
January 01 · Randy ReamWas unaware of the new 10 items or less policy for self check out got a rude comment from the attendant. First completely unnecessary to tell us you’ll let it go this time but not next time. Don’t worry we won’t be back. Second we were faster than the lady with 10 items so wasn’t warranted. Third you had two lanes open at normal check out that had 4 people in each.
September 13 · Kyle DiehlThe way management treats their staff is abhorrent. There is utter lack of accountability when it comes to the management, and how they get away with disrespecting their team. How I hear them treat staff over small mistakes or genuine accidents makes me question why anyone would continue to shop there. They must have hired a new GM, because the way this store has gone down hill recently is noticeable. DO BETTER. I should probably call corporate after writing this.
