★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I bought too much, but I found everything I needed...and my daughter crushed it, waiting patiently while I talked to plenty of people I thought looked like other people, that I knew. But the best experience happened at checkout; give Ida a raise! Not only does she have a wonderful name, but she showed me exactly what to do when I pulled up at the checkout line. Open the app first, scan the barcode after you add the rewards or coupons, and make sure your gift cards are loaded. I was trying the old 'enter the phone number first' but she helped me so much, and saved me sixty bucks by simply being kind, knowledgeable and willing to help.
July 22 · Matt IdeGreat variety of clothing styles to choose from. And love the late hours especially on Sundays.
August 19 · Connie Whitesell-GarlandMy wife and I went to pickup a gift card, but ended up getting a cart full of products. The store was very crowded for the Holiday season. Some inventory was low.Expected 1 week before Christmas.Still the store was clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. This store has groceries and Housewares.Good location and free off street parking. The check out line was long maybe 80 people in line, it moved quickly. The Check out clerk was very friendly. Must have been a long day for the check out folks.
December 20 · Scott (SS105)Just waited 15 minutes in line to buy a pair of flip flops. One register open through 10am. No self check out. Line was 10 people long. Asked the manager why they only had one register open. She said they were short staffed. I saw at least 15 other employees in the store. At one point there were 3 employees helping one woman with a return in front of us. When I tried to call the feedback line for Target a lady in India picked up (Not just based on the accent, I asked if she was in the United States and she said she was “offshore”). I asked to give my feedback to management in the United States on an issue in the United States. She said I had to talk with her. It’ll be awhile before I go back to this store.
September 01 · Nico AuteroWhat an absolute nightmare of a location. After spending nearly an hour waiting for my mobile order, the majority of it was missing and all I'm offered is a shrug and a "go to the desk, I guess". I understand holiday weekends can be difficult but this experience was completely unacceptable, not to mention the condition of the store. The lack of management availability and oversight at this location is deplorable.
